So many people are curious about chakras and energy channels in the body. Here is a 30-minute audio for you with information about the chakras and the energy body, plus a guided meditation to help balance your energy centers.

 

In this bonus meditation, there is more silence than in the others. I guide you into the meditation, and at the end I guide you out of it. This is a wonderful opportunity to watch your mind with more silence during the actual practice.

I also explain some of the real-life benefits of silent meditation versus guided.

I hope that you enjoy silent meditation as much as I do, if you are less used to silence in meditation.
