Six-Week Meditation Series: March 9, 2021

Relax with breathing techniques, meditation, and journaling guided by a brand-new recording delivered to your inbox each week for six weeks beginning March 9, 2021. Advance registration required. Program details below. Beginners and all-levels welcome.

These are the kinds of classes I used to teach on a regular basis at Kripalu Center, 1440 Multiversity, and other places as visiting faculty, and I can't wait to share this with you while you can be in the comfort of your own home (even though we also miss gathering in person).

This is a brand-new online six-week meditation series! Here's how it works:

  • Each week starting on March 9 for six weeks I will send you a recorded audio meditation.

  • Each recording will contain a guided meditation and journal prompt all within 20-25 minutes.

  • The meditation practices will include basic breathwork techniques for relaxation, focus, and clarity of mind.

  • I will add a special extra recording for support.

I know with most people being separated from family and friends this can be a really challenging time. I am impressed by people who are coping the best they can and who are finding new ways to connect online.
