Meditation helps us manage stress, deal more effectively with challenges, and break free from thoughts that hold us back. And that's just the beginning. I coach people who wish to begin a meditation practice. Together we will:

A combination of guided experience and lecture, the multi-day workshops are all about how to nourish, nurture, and compassionately care for yourself in this busy world. We will cover meditation, energy work, bedtime and morning routines, journalling, visualization, and more, and you'll leave ready to set aside some time every day just for you.
